Service station managers and Products
Only a few clicks are needed to create (or deactivate) access to service station managers. Each manager has his own file with his contact and bank details.
Similarly, each product is recorded with its public price and the specific rules for each country or network. Changing prices is quick and easy.
gas station
As with the managers, each petrol station has its own file and associated parameters. In addition to contact details and financial information, it is possible to specify wich products are available at each station, and thus possibly to block certain products depending on the location.
Customers
Are there any customers with special exemptions? For others, is it preferable to add discounts?
Nothing could be easier with the "Customer Management" tab!
To ensure proper management of consumption, it is also possible to add notifications when a given percentage of the threshold is reached.
Cards
The ordering, management and tracking of cards is done entirely online.
For each card, it is possible to specify :
- The payment method: post-paid, pre-paid or wallet.
- The type: physical NFC card, TAG on vehicle or virtual card on the application.
- The time slots and stations to use the card.
- Possible limits: in amount or volume.
- The products available through this card.
Transactions
All the transactions are recorded online and can be filtered and downloaded in CSV or Excel format.
Billing
Finally, find in PDF format :
- Credit and debit notes and statements to manage exchanges between gas stations and oil companies.
- Invoices and statements that relate to customer transactions.
